In an article that appeared in the Fairfax Station Patch on February 18th, Daniel Cortez spoke about the 2012 United States Senate race in Virginia and made comments about the candidates currently running for Jim Webb’s seat, George Allen and Jamie Radtke. It would appear from reading the article that the Northern Virginia TEA Parties are supporting former Senator Allen. The article states that Mr. Cortez is from Stafford and is a spokesman for the Northern Virginia TEA Parties. Although it does not explicitly say this, it could be inferred by some that Mr. Cortez is making statements on behalf of the Stafford Tea Party.
